Wow . . . Sounds a little like a high tech version of what things were like when I lived there both part time and full time for a 6 year period there in the early and mid seventies. Great place then - lotsa nice people - good management but always with financial problems and it was a fun place to be. After living there I moved to Late Como then in 82 came down to Costa Rica where I still am. No nudist places here and we sure miss life as it was back then. Jim and Flora.

The management and several residents will celebrate. The management doesn’t care because they know they will make up the lost money by charging you guys a membership for the time you are here and raise your lot rent.

Hawk and Sequoia will be missed this winter, my wife and I wish them the best of luck. Their departure should not be celebrated by anyone who calls Seminole home, for something very important to Seminole has been lost and may never return. Another paying customer.
