I don’t understand today I was informed of a rent increase. This increase due to the Economy, and expenses of the park. Hum the economy, none of the residents here make anything near what they did 5 to 10 years ago, and some are on fixed incomes, and the whole country is under a depression/rescission so lets raise rents good thinking.
